Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using any Valiora application ("the Apps"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Apps.
These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you ("the User") and Valiora ("we", "us", "the Company"), owner and operator of VitalIA and EstudIA.
2. Description of Services
VitalIA
A mobile wellness and personal routine app that lets you record daily check-ins, access personalized insights, use wellness tools (guided breathing, meditation, Pomodoro, goals), and view patterns over time. VitalIA is not a medical device, clinical diagnosis service, or regulated health service.
EstudIA
A mobile study planning and academic organization app that lets you manage subjects, exams, study plans, focus sessions, and receive AI-powered study guidance. EstudIA is a study-support tool. It does not guarantee academic results.
3. Eligibility & Registration
VitalIA: minimum age 16. EstudIA: minimum age 13 (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and are responsible for maintaining credential security.
4. Subscription Plans
4.1 VitalIA Plans
Free plan: Unlimited check-in entries for 13 wellness metrics, 3 daily sessions, 30-day analysis history, up to 2 active goals, base health metrics (steps, distance, calories, hydration, sleep, exercise), 10 wellness tools, 3 ambient sounds.
Premium plan: Unlimited history, unlimited goals, deep analysis sections (Factors, Trends), advanced health metrics (HRV, VO2 max, SpO2, heart rate zones), 9 curated ambient sounds, advanced Nutrition and Weight sections, weekly report with deltas, anomaly alerts, data export (CSV/JSON), cloud sync (Firestore backup).
4.2 EstudIA Plans
EstudIA is free to download and use. Premium features for EstudIA, if applicable, will be disclosed in the app.
4.3 Pricing & Billing
- VitalIA monthly plan: USD $4.99/month
- VitalIA annual plan: USD $29.99/year (equivalent to USD $2.50/month)
- Prices may vary by country due to app store conversions.
- Charges are processed by Google Play or App Store. Valiora does not store or process payment card data.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
4.4 Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel at any time via your app store account settings. Upon cancellation, Premium access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are subject to Google Play or App Store policies. Valiora does not directly manage refunds for store purchases. If a technical error prevents access to a paid plan, contact support to evaluate compensation case by case.
4.5 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify plan pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice to active subscribers.
5. User Accounts & Account Deletion
Both VitalIA and EstudIA require user accounts. You may request account deletion at any time by:
- Using the in-app deletion feature (if available), or
- Visiting our account deletion page, or
- Emailing [email protected] with subject "Account Deletion Request"
Upon deletion, your data will be removed from our servers within 30 business days. Locally stored data is removed when you uninstall the app.

All permissions are optional. Revoking a permission may limit certain features but will not prevent basic app use.
7. Health & Academic Disclaimers
VitalIA — Health disclaimer: VitalIA is a wellness and self-organization tool. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose diseases or psychological disorders, and is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice. Analyses, insights, predictions, and correlations are informational and orientational only. If you experience concerning symptoms, emotional crises, or any situation requiring professional attention, contact a doctor, psychologist, or emergency services immediately. Valiora is not liable for health decisions made based on the app.
EstudIA — Academic disclaimer: EstudIA is a study planning and support tool. It does not guarantee academic results, grades, or outcomes. AI suggestions are generated to assist planning and are not a substitute for professional academic guidance.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights in the Apps, including source code, design, trademarks, logos, AI models, curated wellness content, and ambient audio, are the exclusive property of Valiora or its licensors. Ambient audio is licensed under the Pixabay Content License (free commercial use, no attribution required).
You own the data you enter into the Apps. By using the Apps, you grant Valiora a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to process that data solely to provide the service.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Apps for illegal purposes; attempt unauthorized access to systems or other users' data; reverse-engineer or decompile the Apps; automate app use via bots or scripts; share your account or resell Premium access; introduce false information to manipulate analyses.
10. Service Availability
We strive for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary suspension may occur for maintenance, updates, or force majeure. Extended interruptions affecting paid plans will be compensated via subscription extension.
11. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via in-app alert or email at least 15 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Apps and request account deletion at any time. Valiora may suspend or cancel your account for Terms violations, fraudulent use, or legal obligation. Cancellation without fault on your part will include a proportional refund for unused paid periods.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Valiora shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages from use or inability to use the Apps. Total Valiora liability to a user shall not exceed the amount paid by that user in the 12 months preceding the event. This limitation does not apply in cases of willful misconduct, gross negligence, or where prohibited by law.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Valiora's country of incorporation. Disputes will first attempt amicable resolution. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of the Company's jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer law in your country requires otherwise.
15. Regional Provisions
EU (GDPR): Additional rights apply per the General Data Protection Regulation, including the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
California (CCPA): Residents have the right to know, delete, and opt-out of sale of personal data. Valiora does not sell personal data.
Argentina (Ley 25.326): Rights of access, rectification, update, and deletion apply per Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law.
